Scope of Services

These Terms apply to all Services, including but not limited to:

• Private sessions (Zoom or TikTok Live)

• Digital products and downloads

• Emailed Astrology Readings

• Subscriptions

• Courses and subscriptions

• Live Zoom groups

• Any offerings linked or referenced through the above platforms

Payments & Billing

We accept the following payment methods:

• Visa

• Mastercard

• American Express

• Discover

All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD). Applicable sales tax will be added at checkout.

You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date billing information. By completing a purchase, you authorize Tayla Isabella to charge your selected payment method for the agreed amount. For recurring services, you consent to automatic billing until cancellation. Prices may change at our discretion.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, decline any transaction, and limit or cancel orders that appear fraudulent, bulk, or reseller-based.

Disclaimer & Liability

All readings, sessions, products, and content are intended for spiritual, personal, and entertainment purposes only.

Tayla Isabella does not provide professional legal, financial, medical, fertility, or psychological advice. Any decisions you make based on a reading or product are solely your responsibility. Always consult a qualified professional for serious matters.

Participation in any session or use of this website is at your own risk. You are solely responsible for your personal, relational, medical, business, and spiritual choices and outcomes.

Session Policies

📆 Cancellation & Rescheduling

• For sessions paid in full, cancellations must be made via email at least 48 hours before your scheduled session to receive a full refund or to reschedule.

• Cancellations made within 48 hours will not be refunded.

• Clients who are more than 10 minutes late are considered a no-show, and the session will not be refunded or rescheduled.

💳 Payment Plans

Sessions paid through payment plans are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled.

💻 Zoom Access

All sessions are hosted via Zoom. You must have an active Zoom account prior to your session.
Connection issues or late logins on your part are not grounds for a refund or reschedule. Please ensure your link and setup are working ahead of time.

TRANSITS BY TAYLA — Terms & Conditions

1. Monthly Subscription

By subscribing to Transits by Tayla, you agree to a recurring monthly charge of $33 CAD. This subscription provides access to one monthly astrology forecast delivered as a PDF by email.

2. Delivery Schedule

All forecasts are delivered on the 1st of each month.

Subscribers who join mid-month will receive their first forecast on the 1st of the following month.

3. Digital Product — No Refunds

Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final.

No refunds, partial refunds, or credits are provided for:

• Forgetting to cancel

• Late cancellations

• Mid-month sign-ups

• Download issues outside our control

• Changing your mind

Please subscribe mindfully.

4. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel anytime.

When you cancel, you will continue to receive the remainder of the current month’s benefits and will not be billed again.

Cancellations apply to future payments only.

They do not retroactively refund past charges.

5. Rising Sign Information

Subscribers are responsible for providing an accurate rising sign.

If you need to update your rising sign or email address, please contact us directly.

6. Non-Personalized Content

The monthly forecast is not a personal reading.

It is based on collective transits and rising sign archetypes.

This subscription does not include:

• 1:1 readings

• Personalized analysis

• Direct messaging or coaching

• Emergency or same-day guidance

7. Email Delivery

Forecasts are delivered to the email you provide at checkout.

It is your responsibility to ensure your email is accurate, accessible, and able to receive attachments.

8. Intellectual Property

All content within the Transits by Tayla PDFs and emails is original copyrighted material.

You may not:

• Share publicly

• Resell

• Upload to external platforms

• Distribute to non-subscribers

9. Subscription Changes

We reserve the right to adjust pricing, content, or policies in the future.

Subscribers will be notified of any changes in advance.

Courses, Groups & Subscriptions

• All sales for courses, group events, and subscriptions are final.

• It is your responsibility to track dates, times, and access details for any class or group event. Missed classes will not be refunded or rescheduled.

By purchasing any session, subscription, or course, you agree to comply with all Terms of Use and this Terms of Purchase & Refund Policy.

Legal Rights & Modifications

We reserve the right to update or revise these Terms at any time. Please review this page periodically. Continued use of the Services implies agreement to any updated terms.
